Thank you for all of the love that you are sending our way! We can not begin to say how happy it makes us to hear how much you love our fudge! This is why we started doing what we do! We love making other people smile! We have found that chocolate makes just about everyone happy! Homemade fudge is our passion! PEACE, LOVE & FUDGE….It makes the world a better place! In our latest endeavor we have stumbled upon something that is very unique and delicious!

We have flash dipped our fudge in a vanilla almond bark and froze these confectionary dreams….they are amazing! I can’t wait for everyone to try

them!

We can color them to any color that you would like and do this with any flavors that we make!!!!

We want to let everyone know that we are so happy and grateful to all of you that had Carter Chocolatier a part of your holiday season! We made countless platters and gift bags for people to take all over! We got all positive feedback and we are so excited! We are now working on getting our official logo and getting our packaging complete! Our fudgesticks are a hit! Our number one seller is “Maple goes Walnutty”! Our #1 compliment~ It isn’t too rich, it’s creamy and light~! That’s great because that is exactly what we were going for!!!!! The most exciting part of the season for us was knowing that our chocolate was all over the place…it traveled many miles into many homes! Our goal for 2010 is that everyone will have that opportunity and everyone will know about our company! Please help us keep the word traveling! Thank you so much!

Today was filled with new visions and broad horizons for CARTER CHOCOLATIER! Not only were new concepts born of making our delectable gourmet fudge available outside our wonderful town BUT also, better available in town! Where we live in a world now that is full of big names and branded industries and chains…we want to build our family company to maintain just that “Family“. Small business have the heart of America….it’s just that big companies are easier accessible. I will see to it that while we work to expand, that what you get is what we first made in our very first batch…homemade goodness….every ounce made with love and care…Not jeopardizing the quality or soul of our fudge….with that, becoming a family favorite for generations to come!

Continuously expanding also, our variety for you………Today I made a butterscotch cranberry that was irresistible! Butterscotch is on popular demand and cranberries are always a holiday favorite. This will be a wonderful addition on your Thanksgiving table!!!! For our local customers..Joeys on the beach 2 @ 79 & front beach road has a variety available to you! Special orders for Thanksgiving are being taken until Thursday of this week! Let us know and we will make exactly what you want! Be the first to bring Carter Chocolatier Fudge to your family table! A small mishap lead to an exciting addition to our menu today! It’s still to secret while I work out the kinks….details later! Also, I met a guy that came into the restaurant today that is a manager at a big resort here in Panama City beach…he tried our fudge and really liked it…he is going to set up a meeting with the right contact to see about selling my fudge there! SO EXCITING!

As I awoke this beautiful Sunday morning. I could not help but smile. I realized not only is our fudge for sale..it is selling and off to a great beginning! So today we are working hard on pricelist and order forms….of course FUDGEMAKING…and at some point will get the “About me” done so that you can know exactly who we are and what we are about…perhaps even most importantly…why we are doing it! “Carter Chocolatier”
