Hi to everyone! It has been a while because we have been busy making our fudge for all of our family and friends in TN! We have made 17 batches since we got here on last Saturday! Everyone is enjoying it so much! I took a sample platter to a local Italian restaurant here in Collierville and they enjoyed it so much that they are going to start ordering it by bulk!!!! It is so exciting that Carter Chocolatier is going to be coming to my home town! This is a huge step for our company! Thank you to everyone who has been placing orders! A nice man from Birmingham came in and asked if I could prepare 150-200 fudgesticks for his company christmas party! Of course we can! It was great! These make the perfect party table centerpiece…I can put any type of ribbon around our fudgesticks to customize your gathering….It’s a boy….It’s a girl…congratulations….Happy Birthday.. etc!! Hello everyone….the storm was just…well, a storm..windy, rainy and enough to make us have no power! All is well now, we have power AND from what I can tell…very minimal damage around town. . .a few mailboxes down in the neighborhood and a dock floated away at the Navy base! So on the Chocolatier front…We are going to make LOTS of your favorite fudges today! Also, by request…a pineapple and macadamia fudge! YUMMY, I bet that is going to be delicious!~ I hope that all of my locals are stopping by Joeys on the beach 2 to have a great meal and pick up some CARTER CHOCOLATIER fudge!
