Hi everyone! What a great start to what is sure to be an amazing year for our company! After an overwhelming amount of support for our fudge, it seems that we are on a great road for our little company that was started out of  trying to teach a traditional value to my little girls! Thank you to everyone, everywhere that has become a fan of our fudge! Opening Feb. 15th, Sandcastle Sandwiches featuring Carter Chocolatier! We will be available to you whenever that craving hits! We are going to be located at the end of N. Lagoon by the boat and Jet ski rentals! A small concession that will offer Cuban sandwiches, black beans and rice, grilled chicken sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, chicken salad, potato salad, and of course…Carter Chocolatier fudge! We will specialize in packing coolers to go for those boating and/beach-goers! We have a packaging license and will offer beer and wine! This will be great for Locals as well as the tourists who wont have to go spend a fortune at the grocery store just to get to the beach a few times!!!! In every children’s lunch, there will be a fudgestick! Fudgesticks will also be available for sale in a variety of flavors! For those hot summer days ahead, we will have “frozen fudgesticks”! Is your mouth watering yet? I know mine is! In one year we will be moving into the building that is being built on site!  There are also several places interested locally for Carter Chocolatier…including “Cantina” at Pier Park and  30 degree blue at Baypoint Marina!
