Hi to everyone! It has been a while because we have been busy making our fudge for all of our family and friends in TN! We have made 17 batches since we got here on last Saturday! Everyone is enjoying it so much! I took a sample platter to a local Italian restaurant here in Collierville and they enjoyed it so much that they are going to start ordering it by bulk!!!! It is so exciting that Carter Chocolatier is going to be coming to my home town! This is a huge step for our company! Thank you to everyone who has been placing orders! We hope that Carter Chocolatier will be a tradition for you and your family for years to come!!!!!

Wow everybody, it is Thanksgiving Day! I’m enjoying my extra day off, and I am planning to doing something fun that will probably involve a car trip and seeing something new in North Salt Lake I haven’t seen yet.
You write something new at Thanksgiving?
Way to go CoCo! Seems like a hit with Italian Restaurants, Maybe you should try to develop something that is uniquely Italian for these places. How about fudge on a stick that looks like an Italian flag – that would be a sure fire hit.
