The time has finally arrived! We are finally opened for business! We are so excited about this new venture! Today was our first day and could not have been more entertaining, as it usually is, opening a new business! We took samples all over the boat docks to everyone to try our fudge…it was a hit! You can now get your “Carter Chocolatier” fix @ 5711 N. Lagoon Dr. PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL!
The most exciting part of all of this is that you can get your lunch packed to go…beer…wine…Specialty Sandwiches…and FUDGESTICKS…all packed for your beach day…boating day…A day at the park… or just TO GO ANYWHERE you please! When you come to our place..you will find smiling faces and great service…you can call ahead or just walk up! We want to make your day as easy as possible! Starting Monday…we will be serving Breakfast too! Our hours are 8a.m. to 4 p.m. until season kicks off! Did you know that where we are situated…along side “ADVENTURES AT SEA”that you can rent Pontoon Boats…fishing boats…Jet Ski’s…ride Banana Boats or go Para-sailing? There is a brand new custom boat dock designed to hold 50 boats and there are even transient slips….So if you are on your way to Shell Island for the day (Locals and devout tourists, you know what I’m talking about)! You can call us at (850) 588- TOGO or fax us at (850) 588- SAND…give us your order…and when you pull up..we can have your cooler packed to your liking…beverages, Alcohol if you wish, Sandwiches and sides, snacks and Frozen homemade fudgesticks… and you are on your way..hassle free..care free and ready to relax and Enjoy! I know…how has this not been thought of before? As a mother, I understand the hurdles that have to be jumped just to get to the beach or park for a day with your family and/or friends! Another thing I understand is CHOCOLATE! Providing fresh, homemade goodness..made with love. Also, who wants to use their sandy hands trying to hold onto fudge that is going to melt faster than you can eat it? That is why I thought of…Frozen Fudge…on a stick! It will hold up longer, it is not as messy…and it is also “PORTION CONTROL”! But if you want more…we have more! (of course I had to add that in)!

Thank you for all of the love that you are sending our way! We can not begin to say how happy it makes us to hear how much you love our fudge! This is why we started doing what we do! We love making other people smile! We have found that chocolate makes just about everyone happy! Homemade fudge is our passion! PEACE, LOVE & FUDGE….It makes the world a better place! In our latest endeavor we have stumbled upon something that is very unique and delicious!
We have flash dipped our fudge in a vanilla almond bark and froze these confectionary dreams….they are amazing! I can’t wait for everyone to try
them!
We can color them to any color that you would like and do this with any flavors that we make!!!!

Hi to all of my fellow chocoholics! We have been working hard on getting our logo ready for print! This is just a preview of what is in the works!
This little sketch came to me in a dream that I had! What is so amazing about it…. is what has now come to be! Opening Sandcastle Sandwiches featuring Carter Chocolatier… with a great friend of mine was not in the equation when this dream occurred! The amazing part is that it is in a concession just like this! We are so excited about this! We will be located in the concession for 1 year until the building is built on site that we are moving in! We are located at the water and will be ready to open February 15th!

Hello today! Between your choices of boxes, bags of fudge, fudgesticks and now, individually wrapped pieces…you should be able to enjoy CC any way you desire it! Everyone loves to have options! Hi everyone! What a great start to what is sure to be an amazing year for our company! After an overwhelming amount of support for our fudge, it seems that we are on a great road for our little company that was started out of trying to teach a traditional value to my little girls! Thank you to everyone, everywhere that has become a fan of our fudge! Opening Feb. 15th, Sandcastle Sandwiches featuring Carter Chocolatier! We will be available to you whenever that craving hits! We are going to be located at the end of N. Lagoon by the boat and Jet ski rentals! A small concession that will offer Cuban sandwiches, black beans and rice, grilled chicken sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, chicken salad, potato salad, and of course…Carter Chocolatier fudge! We will specialize in packing coolers to go for those boating and/beach-goers! We have a packaging license and will offer beer and wine! This will be great for Locals as well as the tourists who wont have to go spend a fortune at the grocery store just to get to the beach a few times!!!! In every children’s lunch, there will be a fudgestick! Fudgesticks will also be available for sale in a variety of flavors! For those hot summer days ahead, we will have “frozen fudgesticks”! Is your mouth watering yet? I know mine is! In one year we will be moving into the building that is being built on site! There are also several places interested locally for Carter Chocolatier…including “Cantina” at Pier Park and 30 degree blue at Baypoint Marina! If you are a local or out of state restaurant or business interested in selling our fudge, please contact me directly at carterchocolatier@live.com! Remember, we also cater parties no matter how big or small! If you haven’t tried “Carter Chocolatier” yet…what are you waiting for? It is still being sold at “Joeys on the Beach” at 79 and front beach road!

We want to let everyone know that we are so happy and grateful to all of you that had Carter Chocolatier a part of your holiday season! We made countless platters and gift bags for people to take all over! We got all positive feedback and we are so excited! We are now working on getting our official logo and getting our packaging complete! Our fudgesticks are a hit! Our number one seller is “Maple goes Walnutty”! Our #1 compliment~ It isn’t too rich, it’s creamy and light~! That’s great because that is exactly what we were going for!!!!! The most exciting part of the season for us was knowing that our chocolate was all over the place…it traveled many miles into many homes! Our goal for 2010 is that everyone will have that opportunity and everyone will know about our company! Please help us keep the word traveling! Thank you so much!

Good evening, 
Carter Chocolatier has had such a wonderful week! Actually it has been quite moving! Between a local restaurant in my hometown of Collierville Tn wanting to have Carter Chocolatier to sale at their restaurant and friends that I went to school with and grew up with having our fudge at their Thanksgiving tables, needless to say, it has been quite special! We have been very busy during our stay, doing what we love, making fudge! Our newest addition this week was a chocolate and walnut fudge! It is delicious! Remember if there is something you would like that we aren’t currently making, we will make it for you!!!
