Hi CC Fudge Fans! October is breast cancer awareness month! Carter Chocolatier did our part to support this wonderful cause and provided over 1,000 pieces of PINK fudge in 7 different flavors! It was such a wonderful event at THE BOATYARD restaurant here in Panama City Beach! All proceeds went to Breast cancer awareness! Also, I traveled to the great city of Memphis Tn to walk the Susan Komen walk with my Mother and family! My Mom is a 4 year Breast Cancer Survivor! Over 1 Million dollars was raised and over 19,oo0 people joined together to race for the cause. It was so moving! The streets of Germantown, TN were covered in Pink! It is so important for us to all do our part no matter what cause you support! 
The holidays are getting near! We can’t wait to make Carter Chocolatier a part of your family’s holiday tradition…our order site is still on hold for the time being…but you can email orders to carterchocolatier@live.com and I will be happy to forward you flavors and price list! We are officially shipping now also! Shipping has to be 1-3 day delivery to ensure the best quality and all fudge is shipped with cold packs!

First of all….Hello to all and I have missed blogging with all of you! You may have wondered why I have not in SO long….well there is a very good reason! As of June 8th. Sandcastle Sandwiches (our Sandwich shop) took part in the largest oil spill in our history. Living on the Gulf in Panama City Beach, we approached a cont
ractor for BP and inquired about making meals for all of the oil workers! WE STARTED THE NEXT DAY! It has now been 101 days…7 days a week and over 90,000 meals that we have made! It has been one of the most amazing experiences that we have ever had! WE ARE STILL GOING!
Of course CARTER CHOCOLATIER has also been a part of this also…I have brought trays in so that everyone could try CC and we made a lot of new fans! I will be back in the kitchen soon to start filling orders so that everyone can get their next fix of our homemade goodness. We will also be introducing some new flavors (Shhhh…it’s a secret) for you to try in the near future. My Jr. Chocolatiers are also ready to start creating themselves with new ideas of what our Jr. Chocolate fans would like…..ex. Cookie Dough Fudge…sounds pretty yummy! We will keep you posted as we go!
Remember…we LOVE your feedback and chocolatey ideas too! If you have any, please feel free to leave us comments! We will customize fudge JUST FOR YOU, THE WAY YOU LIKE IT!
We are also going to launch a full website…it will allow you to customize your fudge flavors, toppings and amount..whatever way your heart desires!

Hello Chocolate Lovers~
This past month Carter Chocolatier was featured at Boatyard Restaurants “Little Black Dress” event that is held the 3rd Thursday of every month. We made over 1200 pieces for the event! We also made 7 different flavors and individually wrapped fudge to go in all of the Little Black Dress Specialty bags that go to all of the ladies! This was a wonderful opportunity for hundreds of people to try CC, some for the first time. We had positive response thru the entire evening! Our biggest compliment was that our fudge wasn’t like anyone else’s..that is what we LOVE to hear! Most fudge is very traditional with a harder texture and a powder interior. What you will find with Carter Chocolatier is a creamy texture that melts in your mouth. You can have more than one piece! We offer so many different flavors and many unlike any other you have ever dreamed of! We also offer fun, funky designs and colors, so it is the perfect party chocolate and also the perfect gift. We can design specialty colors for any themed event also! Our polka dot fudge is the biggest seller for baby showers and weddings because of it’s eye appeal, quality and color flexibility! Our two newest flavors are Key Lime and Cosmo. Key Lime taste like a slice of Key Lime pie, but in a fudge! It is dusted with Graham cracker crumbs and is bursting with Lime! Our Cosmo is a purple fudge, with a white chocolate base a dried fruit mixture of cranberries, apricot, blueberries and more! It is a new favorite! We are now hard at work to offer our next flavor…Margarita fudge! There is no alcohol of course but it will taste just like a Margarita! This is all part of our Gourmet Summer Chocolate Collection! Hi to all of our Fudge loving fans…get ready to try our latest (we think greatest) flavor to add to our extensive collection..Key Lime! It taste like Key Lime pie! We used a decedent blend of white chocolates and infused fresh Key Lime. It is even dusted with Graham cracker crumbs! It’s hard to imagine this is fudge you are eating and not Key Lime pie! You have to try this! It is not only delicious, but it is fun to the eye! Bright Green inside, graham cracker crumbs on the outside…it looks like Summer! This will be a sure hit at your Spring/Summer Parties to come! You can also freeze them for a really special summer treat!

Hi…We hope everyone is doing great! Springtime in Panama City Beach means “SPRING BREAK”! This is, by far, the biggest year I have seen yet! This is a great thing for our local 
businesses and equally great for our tourists! If you have not been here…you should come….we truly have the most beautiful beaches (not just a bio-st locals opinion but also the travel channels)!
Our Sandwich Shop “Sandcastle Sandwiches” is up and running and Carter Chocolatier is of service to you whenever the urge hits! Today we created “Cherry Polka-dot”! It is so yummy and very cute too! A creamy white chocolate with a wonderful cherry flavor with dark chocolate polka-dots! It is a Baby pink Fudge! It was an instant hit with the kids and the adults!

The time has finally arrived! We are finally opened for business! We are so excited about this new venture! Today was our first day and could not have been more entertaining, as it usually is, opening a new business! We took samples all over the boat docks to everyone to try our fudge…it was a hit! You can now get your “Carter Chocolatier” fix @ 5711 N. Lagoon Dr. PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL!
The most exciting part of all of this is that you can get your lunch packed to go…beer…wine…Specialty Sandwiches…and FUDGESTICKS…all packed for your beach day…boating day…A day at the park… or just TO GO ANYWHERE you please! When you come to our place..you will find smiling faces and great service…you can call ahead or just walk up! We want to make your day as easy as possible! Starting Monday…we will be serving Breakfast too! Our hours are 8a.m. to 4 p.m. until season kicks off! Did you know that where we are situated…along side “ADVENTURES AT SEA”that you can rent Pontoon Boats…fishing boats…Jet Ski’s…ride Banana Boats or go Para-sailing? There is a brand new custom boat dock designed to hold 50 boats and there are even transient slips….So if you are on your way to Shell Island for the day (Locals and devout tourists, you know what I’m talking about)! You can call us at (850) 588- TOGO or fax us at (850) 588- SAND…give us your order…and when you pull up..we can have your cooler packed to your liking…beverages, Alcohol if you wish, Sandwiches and sides, snacks and Frozen homemade fudgesticks… and you are on your way..hassle free..care free and ready to relax and Enjoy! I know…how has this not been thought of before? As a mother, I understand the hurdles that have to be jumped just to get to the beach or park for a day with your family and/or friends! Another thing I understand is CHOCOLATE! Providing fresh, homemade goodness..made with love. Also, who wants to use their sandy hands trying to hold onto fudge that is going to melt faster than you can eat it? That is why I thought of…Frozen Fudge…on a stick! It will hold up longer, it is not as messy…and it is also “PORTION CONTROL”! But if you want more…we have more! (of course I had to add that in)!

Thank you for all of the love that you are sending our way! We can not begin to say how happy it makes us to hear how much you love our fudge! This is why we started doing what we do! We love making other people smile! We have found that chocolate makes just about everyone happy! Homemade fudge is our passion! We hope that all of our CC fans out there have an amazing Valentine’s Day with the ones they love…and enjoy a little CC Fudge as they do!
