This little sketch came to me in a dream that I had! What is so amazing about it…. is what has now come to be! Opening Sandcastle Sandwiches featuring Carter Chocolatier… with a great friend of mine was not in the equation when this dream occurred! The amazing part is that it is in a concession just like this! We are so excited about this! We will be located in the concession for 1 year until the building is built on site that we are moving in! We are located at the water and will be ready to open February 15th!

Hi everyone! What a great start to what is sure to be an amazing year for our company! After an overwhelming amount of support for our fudge, it seems that we are on a great road for our little company that was started out of trying to teach a traditional value to my little girls! Thank you to everyone, everywhere that has become a fan of our fudge! Opening Feb. 15th, Sandcastle Sandwiches featuring Carter Chocolatier! We will be available to you whenever that craving hits! We are going to be located at the end of N. Lagoon by the boat and Jet ski rentals! A small concession that will offer Cuban sandwiches, black beans and rice, grilled chicken sandwiches, ham and cheese sandwiches, hot dogs, chicken salad, potato salad, and of course…Carter Chocolatier fudge! We will specialize in packing coolers to go for those boating and/beach-goers! We have a packaging license and will offer beer and wine! This will be great for Locals as well as the tourists who wont have to go spend a fortune at the grocery store just to get to the beach a few times!!!! In every children’s lunch, there will be a fudgestick! Fudgesticks will also be available for sale in a variety of flavors! For those hot summer days ahead, we will have “frozen fudgesticks”! Is your mouth watering yet? I know mine is! In one year we will be moving into the building that is being built on site! There are also several places interested locally for Carter Chocolatier…including “Cantina” at Pier Park and 30 degree blue at Baypoint Marina! If you are a local or out of state restaurant or business interested in selling our fudge, please contact me directly at carterchocolatier@live.com! Remember, we also cater parties no matter how big or small! If you haven’t tried “Carter Chocolatier” yet…what are you waiting for? It is still being sold at “Joeys on the Beach” at 79 and front beach road!

We want to let everyone know that we are so happy and grateful to all of you that had Carter Chocolatier a part of your holiday season! We made countless platters and gift bags for people to take all over! We got all positive feedback and we are so excited! We are now working on getting our official logo and getting our packaging complete! Our fudgesticks are a hit! Our number one seller is “Maple goes Walnutty”! Our #1 compliment~ It isn’t too rich, it’s creamy and light~! That’s great because that is exactly what we were going for!!!!! The most exciting part of the season for us was knowing that our chocolate was all over the place…it traveled many miles into many homes! Our goal for 2010 is that everyone will have that opportunity and everyone will know about our company! Please help us keep the word traveling! Thank you so much!

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a fabulous holiday season! I love the magic that is in the air this time of the year! Our fudge is really working some magic as well! The fudge on a stick is promising to be a huge success as well! We are also now making baby fudge on a sticks! They make for perfect holiday platters! We take about a 1 inch square and put it on a tiny stick…pictures coming soon! Yesterday I replenished the shelves at Joeys on the beach! Have a great day!

Good evening, 
Carter Chocolatier has had such a wonderful week! Actually it has been quite moving! Between a local restaurant in my hometown of Collierville Tn wanting to have Carter Chocolatier to sale at their restaurant and friends that I went to school with and grew up with having our fudge at their Thanksgiving tables, needless to say, it has been quite special! We have been very busy during our stay, doing what we love, making fudge! Our newest addition this week was a chocolate and walnut fudge! It is delicious! Remember if there is something you would like that we aren’t currently making, we will make it for you!!!

Hi to everyone! It has been a while because we have been busy making our fudge for all of our family and friends in TN! We have made 17 batches since we got here on last Saturday! Everyone is enjoying it so much! I took a sample platter to a local Italian restaurant here in Collierville and they enjoyed it so much that they are going to start ordering it by bulk!!!! It is so exciting that Carter Chocolatier is going to be coming to my home town! This is a huge step for our company! Thank you to everyone who has been placing orders! We hope that Carter Chocolatier will be a tradition for you and your family for years to come!!!!!

Good Morning chocolaholics! Yesterday I filmed a promotion to share with everyone our latest, greatest addition to “Carter Chocolatier Fudge“. “Fudge on a stick“! An idea that came to me while I was preparing you favorite fudge to be packaged. An easier, convienient, fun way to eat fudge! The response is wonderful! Last night at the restaurant… the entire tray except for 2 sold before I left the restaurant! Who bought? The first, a little girl with her Daddy! She was immediatly drawn to our “Fudge on a stick”! A nice man from Birmingham came in and asked if I could prepare 150-200 fudgesticks for his company christmas party! Of course we can! It was great! These make the perfect party table centerpiece…I can put any type of ribbon around our fudgesticks to customize your gathering….It’s a boy….It’s a girl…congratulations….Happy Birthday.. etc!! Today was filled with new visions and broad horizons for CARTER CHOCOLATIER! Not only were new concepts born of making our delectable gourmet fudge available outside our wonderful town BUT also, better available in town! Where we live in a world now that is full of big names and branded industries and chains…we want to build our family company to maintain just that “Family“. Small business have the heart of America….it’s just that big companies are easier accessible. I will see to it that while we work to expand, that what you get is what we first made in our very first batch…homemade goodness….every ounce made with love and care…Not jeopardizing the quality or soul of our fudge….with that, becoming a family favorite for generations to come!
Continuously expanding also, our variety for you………Today I made a butterscotch cranberry that was irresistible! Butterscotch is on popular demand and cranberries are always a holiday favorite. This will be a wonderful addition on your Thanksgiving table!!!! For our local customers..Joeys on the beach 2 @ 79 & front beach road has a variety available to you!
